Fresh Herbs………. love them! This Fresh Herb and Greek Yogurt Dressing is great to toss with a big bowl of fresh salad greens or to enjoy as a sauce for my Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Cakes. Happy 4th of July Weekend! Made these delicious Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oat Cookies this morning. Perfect to enjoy with a cup of ☕️! Also added ground flaxseed, chia seeds, protein powder and mashed banana. So quick, easy and versatile. I usually use half peanut butter and half PB2 powder. Whipped up this Shrimp Scampi for dinner tonight. Not your “traditional” Scampi, but then I’ve never been very “traditional”. I always like to put my own spin on the dishes that I create. It turned out really good! I added fresh chopped tomatoes, Dry Vermouth and a touch of cream. Will post recipe on the blog this week .

Whenever I have a party I always serve a smoked fish dip as an appetizer. Until now I’ve always purchased it from my local fish market that makes it fresh. Today I am happy to say that I finally created my own recipe and it is amazing! You can use any kind of smoked fish you like or whatever is available, but I used Smoked Wahoo.
