Creamy Garlic and Herb Salad Dressing
I never buy salad dressing from the grocery store. In fact, I can't even remember when I last did or when I started making my own it's been so long. It's the easiest thing in the world to make and there are endless possibilities. With just a few ingredients, you can dress a salad like you wouldn't believe. And I guarantee that you'll be able to pronounce all of the ingredients! Trust me, anyone with a kitchen always has something on hand to whip up a quick, easy and fresh tasting dressing. I love garlic so much! You may want to cut back on the garlic cloves and garlic powder to make it your own. But for me, it works. If you don't keep sherry vinegar on hand, of course red wine vinegar will do. However, I suggest you give the sherry vinegar a try. It's pretty nice. Also, this dressing could also be used as a dipping sauce for your favorite chicken wing recipe. Just a thought!
