This simple Fresh Herb and Greek Yogurt Dressing can be used as a salad dressing to toss over some sturdy greens like romaine, kale or cabbage or as a sauce for salmon cakes or even crab cakes. Use whatever fresh herbs you have - I happen to like a combination of 2 or 3. This dressing is delicious with my Salmon Cakes recipe!

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Herbs (dill, parsley, chives)
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 TBS White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
  • Step 1 Finely chop the fresh herbs and add to small mixing bowl
  • Step 2 Add the remaining ingredients and mix well to combine
  • Step 3 Chill in the fridge before serving
